safety-oriented drivers to join our team.
We implement orientation and ongoing education to ensure clear
expectations so our drivers know what to expect. The necessary
paperwork and applications are reviewed as part of the orientation
process so drivers are comfortable with them before starting out.
The
safety of
our drivers is of utmost importance, and we utilize technology to
ensure that drivers have what they need and won’t be distracted
while driving. GPS trackers and tablets are provided free of charge
so brokers can find out drivers’ locations without having to call or
distract them. Dash Cams protect drivers from liability in certain
situations as well.
